Interspecies Relations

Access to Earth is carefully restricted based on the needs of the planet and of those applying to visit, though regulations have loosened over time. Priority is given to volunteers of all kinds, researchers and research students, and cultural observers. This is the only caveat on migration: all member species of the Alliance are encouraged to become citizens, and the capacity of the arcologies on Luna means maintaining this expanding population is much easier than might be expected.

Tourism is increasingly permitted; Earthlings are proud of their heritage and keen to demonstrate it to visitors, whether their connection is biological or adopted.
