Lunch: Roasted Vegetable Quinoa with a Tomato and Herb sauce, with either Chicken or Fake Chicken.
Dinner: Chicken and Bacon Stew, meat or plant based.
Sunday
Breakfast: Sausage, Bacon, Potato and onion Hash in a tortilla wrap. Meat or Plant based.
Lunch: Quarter Pounder and Pulled Pork Burger, meat or plant based.
