Blaster Safety

Branded, off-brand, modified, and homemade blaster props are permitted. When purchasing blasters, please check they are compatible with universal style (elite) darts, and not incompatible styles such as the older Xshot.

We allow Elite, Mega, and Rival style blasters and darts. All blasters and darts must pass safety checks before use.

Blasters may be modded to improve performance. We limit modding FPS based on a 1 joule energy limit with standard darts.

► 130 FPS for Elite and Half-dart blasters
► 110 FPS for Rival ball blasters
► 95 FPS for Mega blasters

Electrical Upgrades

Any electrical work must be photographed to show the safety team on request. Lithium battery mods may be used, so long as they are properly housed inside the blaster to protect from mechanical shock. Please bring a heat-proof container for storing batteries.

Ammo

Players must supply their own darts. There is no limit to how many you can bring.

Recycling

Once used, darts cannot be reused before a quick safety check. Players may collect darts after combat to deposit into Ammo Bins to speed up this process. Checked darts will be deposited in camp and on certain missions.

At the end of the event, there will be a site-wide dart sweep which we request everyone assists with. Afterwards, you may replenish your personal stock. Due to damage, please expect to return with around 80% of what you brought. Any darts not collected before leaving an event are considered donations to the game.

Permitted Styles

Be wary when buying off-brand darts; online listings are frequently inaccurate. For a full up-to-date list, please visit our website.
Official Nerf, universal X-Shot, and Worker darts are generally permitted. Off-brand darts must have a soft head and weigh 1 gram on average.
