Single-use Engineering Items can be used by anyone to help with specific scenarios. Each will have a card attached to tear on use, and usually a call to say when you use it. They do not require physrepping.

| Maintenance Pack | Used to maintain equipment; won’t be required at Event 1. |
| Repair Patch | A sticker item that restores 1 A-HP or E-HP. |
| 1-use Reconstructor | Repairs the CRUSH effect. |
| 1-use Salvager | Break down an item, salvaging materials from it. |
| Static Patch | Fills an item with Static temporarily. |
These are the most commonly available types of engineering items; more will become available throughout the game.
