Grenades are a common Combat Expendable, replacing your normal foam ammo. A foam dart should not be shot when using these items. Each will have a card attached to tear on use, and a call to shout.
Physrep Rules
Custom Ammo may be physrepped by foam darts for roleplay purposes, but you should only use the call and not physically shoot the ammo from your blaster, as tracking which shot has a call attached in a fight will get difficult very quickly.
