Our events will generally keep the same schedule; this information will also be in your Player Pack. For Event 2, we have a more limited window to set up the game.
We are working on a more in-depth schedule for the next event, to include catering times, player briefs, and safety checks. We will update this page and make an announcement when the full schedule is released.
We do not have compulsory crewing slots for players like at Event 1. Any potential opt-in slots will be announced with the full schedule.

After Time Out
We request all players participate in a site-wide dart and rubbish sweep, contributing at least 20 minutes after Time Out before setting down their own camp, so that the site sweep is finished by 2pm. You are not expected to help with general set down after 2pm but we greatly appreciate any offers to help with game-supplied tents and set dressing. Many hands make light work!
